Once you're ready to work with our team, we'll meet up and have a conversation on what you want and need in a home. This is where you dream BIG.

Next comes the most important step: Getting pre-qualified. If you haven't been pre-qualified already, we'll get with our trusted mortgage broker partner who can help you determine your buying price range with confidence.

At this point in the process, we'll only send you notifications about listings that fit your criteria. And if you want to experience them in person, we'll get you in the door ASAP.

We'll submit a winning offer, and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible deal. Once we have a signed contract, we'll organize the inspection and appraisal, schedule a close date, and raise a glass to your new home.

We'll set up a time to come and see your home in person. This is your opportunity to share with us why you're moving, and anything we should know about your home to price it competitively. Then, we'll talk through what you can expect at every step so that you'll always be prepared for what's next.

From there, we'll dive into strategy. Taking into account your specific neighborhood, area comps, local market conditions, and everything else about your home, we'll advise you on how to price your home right.

Once you confirm that the price is right, we'll do our thing. We'll bring in the top professionals in the Forgotten Coast to stage and photograph your home, and advertise it to our wide network of qualified buyers.

We'll present you with the final offer(s) and negotiate on your behalf so that you walk away with a result you're thrilled with.
